Things to bring to workshops:
You will be facilitating a healing in the workshop and are required to bring:
- Pillows and/or blankets for your own comfort
- Pen and paper
- An open heart and a smile
Food:
- Morning, afternoon tea and hot drinks will be provided however please bring your own water.
- You will be required to bring your own lunch. Facilties vary depending on venue. Details will be provided upon booking.
Crystals to bring:
- You will be gifted with 7 chakra crystals to use on the day.
- All other crystals are provided for you. It is not necessary to bring anything else to this Workshop.

- There will be an opportunity to purchase crystals that vary in price.
